Come face-to-face with a pride of lions at Lions on the Edge. One of the Zoo's ‘must see’ experiences, this dramatic savannah landscape is home to five lions – two males and three females.

Lions on the Edge follows the path of a lion through an African village and savannah grassland to his pridelands. The experience tells the story of how lions and humans co-exist in Africa, and of the hardships they face.

Kids will love the exhibit’s interactive elements including the abandoned jeep, life-like multimedia soundscape and the chance to get up close to the ‘king of beasts’.
